Dynasty Tours and Safaris grew from one guide with a motorbike into a full island operator — still family run, still answering the phone ourselves.
Our story
From Stone Town to the Serengeti
We started out meeting travellers in Stone Town and Nungwi, arranging snorkelling trips on the boats of friends and neighbours. Word travelled. Today Dynasty Tours and Safaris runs a fleet of air-conditioned vehicles, works with trusted dhow captains across the island, and flies guests to the mainland for Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Mikumi safaris.
What has not changed is how we work: you speak directly with the people organising your day. No call centre, no reseller, no surprise fees at the boat. If the sea is rough or the tide is wrong, we tell you honestly and move the plan.
We are registered with the Zanzibar Commission for Tourism, our vehicles and vessels are insured, and every guide holds a valid tour-guiding licence.

Small groups, private options, honest advice
Most of our day tours run in groups of 4–12. Every tour can also be arranged privately for couples, families or corporate groups, with your own vehicle, boat and guide.
